Launched in October 2013, Specs Comedy has established itself as one of Bedfordshire’s best comedy nights. Specs is inspired by the great Eric Morecambe who was an avid Luton Town fan and a director during his time.
We invite some of the UK's best stand-up comedians to the Eric Morecambe Lounge at Luton Town Football Club for a night of cracking food, drinks, laughs and banter.
In the years we’ve been here, we have hosted some top comedians mostly TV regulars that include Paul Sinha from ITV’s ‘The Chase’ and the legendary Bob Mills best known from the cult television show ‘In Bed with Medinner’.
Some of the funniest acts that have performed in the Eric Morecambe Lounge include Ivan Brackenbury, Ria Lina and the unpredictable Wez Zaharuk.
